Weekly Check-ins are on Sundays and adjustments to your split will be made off how you felt during/after the workout (soreness on a scale from 1-10).
Once plan is purchased you will get a link to download the password to the "Workout Questionnaire" tab on my website. You MUST fill this out or I cannot send you your workout plan.
