My custom diet plans are oriented towards whatever fitness goal you have in mind, given to you in the form of a Daily Macronutrient target, for you to hit by the end of each day. (Macronutrients=protein,carbs,fats) OR...In this package you may choose to do meal by meal by as well.
Weekly check-ins for diets are on every other Sunday & adjustments to your diet will be based off your weight log from the previous week.
My 8 week custom Workout Plans are designed to help you improve upon your physique and reach your goals faster! Given to you in the form of an easy to read breakdown of: Day, bodypart, exercise, set, and reps!

Weekly Check-ins for workouts are on Sundays and adjustments to your split will be made off how you felt during/after the workout (soreness on a scale from 1-10).
Once your plan is purchased, you will recieve links to download your FREE ebooks as well as the password to the "Diet + Workout Questionnaire" tab on my website. There you will fill out the form and submit it to me and we will get started on your journey from there! If you do not fill out this form I CANNOT send you your diet!
