My custom diet plans are oriented towards whatever fitness goal you have in mind, given to you in the form of a Daily Macronutrient target, for you to hit by the end of each day. (Macronutrients=protein,carbs,fats)
Weekly check-ins are on Sundays & adjustments to your diet will be based off your weight log from the previous week.
Once your plan is purchased, you will recieve links to download your FREE ebooks as well as the password to the Diet Questionnaire tab on my website. There you will fill out the form and submit it to me and we will get started on your journey from there! If you do not fill out this form I CANNOT send you your diet!
